AMERICAN ASSOCIATION FOR JUSTICE
The Mission of the American Association for Justice is to promote a fair and effective justice system - and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America's courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests. AAJ is the world's largest trial bar, providing trial attorneys with information, professional support and a nationwide network that enables them to most effectively and expertly represent clients.

AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION

The Association is a national organization composed of The Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state. ELITE LAWYERS OF AMERICA
The Elite Lawyers of America organization was formed in order to recognize the outstanding achievements of a select group of lawyers who have obtained a verdict or settlement of 2 million or more. Those lawyers accepted to this elite organization represent a very small percentage of attorneys who have been able to accomplish the very difficult task of acquiring a multi-million dollar award for a client.

LEHIGH COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION
Since the turn of the century, the Bar Association of Lehigh County has provided service and assistance to the Allentown area's lawyers and the community.
The association was officially chartered in 1905 "to advance the science of jurisprudence and the administration of justice, to encourage a thorough legal education, to uphold the honor and dignity of the bar, to cultivate social and professional association among its members, to assist the courts in the orderly and efficient administration of justice and to perpetuate the history of the profession and the memory of its members within this judicial district."

MILLION DOLLAR ADVOCATES ASSOCIATION
Established in 1993, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (which includes the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum) is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 3000 members throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.

The Northampton County Bar Association is a professional organization of almost 500 lawyers and judges actively engaged in various programs of public service, professional development, and personal interaction.

UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT
The Supreme Court consists of the Chief Justice of the United States and such number of Associate Justices as may be fixed by Congress. The number of Associate Justices is currently fixed at eight (28 U. S. C. §1). Power to nominate the Justices is vested in the President of the United States, and appointments are made with the advice and consent of the Senate. Article III, §1, of the Constitution further provides that "[t]he Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office."
